Incorporated in the year 1956, National soap Mills is engaged in manufacturing of laundry soap with a capacity of 50 MTPD and is fully utilized. Laundry soap operations are primarily carried out under two brand names 'Raj' and 'Raj Super'. These brands are well known and command great respect in the market. These brands enjoy great loyalty from its customers. We manufacture soaps in the range of 45% to 65% T.F.M.(Total Fatty matter).

Raj Group is a leading group of companies in the soap, detergent and oil industry in the northern region of India. The group made its modest beginning in the year 1956 when the chairman of the group Mr. Raj Paul Bansal with an ambitious plan of producing goods of quality par excellence set up a plant for the manufacture of 50MT per annum of laundry soap as a small scale unit under the group's flagship company "National Soap Mills". The unit slowly and consistently grew in size and volume and achieved the present size of manufacturing 10000 TPA of laundry soap.

Incorporated in the year 1987, Raj Soap and Detergents Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing synthetic detergents based cleasing products. Raj Soap and Detergents has got the infrastructure to manufacture 20 MT per day of detergents-right from sigma mixers to plodders, and to the finishing line.

Synthetic detergents were basically developed to overcome the difficulties faced while using soap as a cleaning agent. Soaps when used in hard water precipitate the calcium and magnesium salts, due to which it’s effectiveness as a cleaning agent deteriorates.

In addition, edible oils and facts, which could be put to other uses, are used as raw materials for the manufacture of soaps. These problems are circumvented in synthetic detergents that are highly stable in hard water and do not consume valuable and expensive oil for their manufacture.

The company, Raj Agro Mills Ltd, has got the adequate infrastructure to manufacture 100 TPD of vanaspati and 100 TPD of refined oils or 200 TPD of refined oil.

The edible oils that are being processed in this manufacturing facility include rice bran oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, soybean oil and mustard oil. The company is well known in the state of Punjab and other neighboring states for marketing its quality products in the consumer packs under the brand name of 'RAJ' and has also enjoyed the privilege of being an approved vendor to the esteemed institutions like Marico Ltd for supplying Winterized Refined rice bran oil, and for supplying vanaspati to Parle Biscuits Ltd, Surya Foods Ltd, Cremica foods and Bonn Bread, etc and for supplying refined cottonseed oil to Frito Lay and Bikaner Foods.
